Clinic Goals
Each Clinic will have 3 required goals that
must be reached for each athlete:
-Develop new skill
-Sharpen and fine tune athlete's original skill
-Produce athletes final success of a skill
Back Handspring Clinics
Requirements:
-Must have a strong handstand
-Must have a strong cartwheel
-Must have a strong bridge
-5 strong pushups
Front & Back Walkover Clinics
Requirements:
-Must have a strong handstand
-Must have a strong bridge
Back Tuck Clinics
Requirements:
-Must have a strong handstand
-Must have a strong cartwheel
- Must know forward and backward roll
No requirements for Cartwheel and Handstand Clinics
