Spring Break Tumbling Camp (CPS Spring Vacation)

Runs during CPS Spring Vacation: March 23–25, 2026 | 9:00AM - 3:00PM

Keep athletes active, confident, and progressing during spring break with Cheer Destiny’s Spring Break Tumbling Camp. This focused training experience is designed for athletes at different skill levels, with structured sessions that build strong fundamentals and advance tumbling technique in a safe, positive environment.

Skill Levels: Beginner to Intermediate

No experience needed!

CAMP SCHEDULE:

🟦 Beginners Session - 9:00am - 12:00pm

Skills Focus: Handstands to Back Handsprings

This session is ideal for athletes who are new to tumbling or still developing foundational skills. Athletes will work on:

✨ Body positions and basics

✨ Handstands and cartwheels

✨ Walkovers and drills

✨ Back handspring progressions

✨ Strength, flexibility, and confidence

Perfect for beginners and developing athletes who want to build strong fundamentals with proper technique.

🟨 Advanced Session - 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Skills Focus: Tucks, Layouts, and Fulls

This session is designed for experienced tumblers ready to refine and level up advanced skills. Athletes will focus on:

✨ Power and technique for running tumbling

✨ Tucks, layouts, and fulls

✨ Skill connections and consistency

✨ Drills for height, control, and execution

Recommended for athletes with solid back handsprings and prior tumbling experience.
